With an International MBA from Paris Dauphine - IAE Sorbonne and decades of experience in human rights and sustainable development, Lindsay has led transformative initiatives across Southern Africa and Mauritius. As former Director General of the Mauritius Tourism Authority (2020–2024), he steered the sector through post-pandemic recovery and championed sustainable tourism strategies. Lindsay also serves as President of the Mouvement pour le Progrès de Roche-Bois (MPRB), a grassroots organization committed to social integration and poverty alleviation since 1993.

A media veteran and political leader, Jérôme brings over 30 years of consulting experience and a distinguished career in public service and holds an International MBA from Paris Dauphine- IAE Sorbonne. He has served as Member of Parliament, Vice President of the National Assembly, and Lord Mayor of Port-Louis. Former editor-in-chief of major Indian Ocean media outlets, including L’Express Madagascar, Jérôme was appointed President of the Mauritius Ports Authority (2023–2024), where he continued to shape strategic infrastructure development.

Dynamic and versatile professional with over 35 years of experience in Events Management, Marketing, and the Performing Arts. Proven expertise in managing large-scale venues, creating and directing cultural productions, and engaging diverse audiences. A passionate contributor to Mauritius’ cultural and social landscape, with a strong background in the MICE industry, artistic direction, and community development. Gaetan Abel holds a DESS - Master en Administration des Entreprises (IAE Université de Poitiers, France).
